Modo – zbrush – modo – PS . An experiment . I hope to do more prisoners –  Just character head sketches really …….I’m working on some more final characters for my CB , but I don’t plan on showing them for quite a while . Each little experiment leads to new methods .Having fun with this for sure .If you would like to see some clay renders you can check them out on my zbrush sketch thread now listed on the right .

Another one for the book . A long time since I last posted ………..fortunately I have been busy working . Things are hectic again in work . Posting some of the work for what I have been doing can not happen for a year or so . Very frustrating to say the least  – lot’s of fun stuff . Anyway , I have been chipping away at this as usual and have a few more paintings roughed out . This one was started a LONG time ago and finally , for now , put to bed . It’s amazing how you change your approach to paintings over time . This was blocked in at a time when my way of doing things was different . I’ve had to shoe horn it a bit to get it to where I wanted it , but my daughter should like it . Hopefully . She has a good eye for this sort of thing .

More soon  .

I must confess to REALLY enjoying this process . It’s a break from what I am doing in work and it’s soooo much fun. You see things and think about things in a whole different light .  Makes my brain jog in a different direction . Don’t worry though.. . I’m still painting and gaining ground on a few ideas in that department also . Plenty of  stuff coming this way .

More early Megamind concepts . Again  – this was done in the “blitz” phase of vis dev where rough concepts and ideas are the general goal .
